Redruth 2nds v Camborne Barbarians - KO @ 11.00am
The traditional Boxing Day opener has a new feel this year. The match had been cancelled as Camborne were unable to raise a 2nd XV but luckily those good rugby people at Veor RFC have stepped in to assist and the Reds will now be facing a Camborne Barbarians side. The XV will be predominately drawn from the two clubs but I guess there could be the odd guest player as well, we will find out on the day.
The Reds have named a 24 man squad with the starting XV being selected on the day as some may be called up by the first XV.
The squad is: Adam Hall, Adam Hoskings, Craig Williams, Dean Wills, Henry Eddy, Jacob Chapple, James Murray, Lewis Wills, Nat Dart, Scott Murray, AJ Leverton, Harry French, Jack Green, James Nicholls, Jared Williams, Jarrod Hambly, Josh Lugg, Kaiden Cairne, Luke Grigg, Mikey Allen, Ollie Jehu, Rhys Vandersluys, Tom Jago, Tyler Gunn.

Camborne v Redruth for the Roddas Cup - KO 2.00pm
Despite the epic league encounters between these two sides this season this match is still something special. It may not be the longest running concurrent fixture in world rugby (blame Nick Serpell for researching the true facts) but the two sides have been locking horns on Boxing Day for many a year and long may it continue. Whilst we won't find out the makeup of the teams until they run out onto the Recreation Ground expect strong line ups from both sides who will both be keen to lift the Milk Cup.
The officials are all no strangers to this fixture, James and Kevin have officiated many times and whilst it's Ian's first time as an official he has played rugby for both clubs.
