Alex Ducker has returned to Redruth RFC on loan from Hartpury RFC until the end of the season.
‘Ducks’ is thrilled to be given the opportunity to put on the red shirt again at the club where last season, he scored some outstanding tries, including ‘that try’ against Chinnor which won him and the club, Samsung Player of the month. “I am looking forward to returning back to Redruth. I’ve been down to the club and watched a couple of games this season, and the boys are looking good. I can really see the team spirit coming out in their game, which is something that Pale has really pushed this season as part of his new vision and ethos into the playing side. Pale has given me a chance and I don’t intend on letting him or the boys down, and to be coached by someone I respect will be a lesson in itself”
Redruth RFC head coach, Pale Nonu said “Ducker is a quality player and finisher who will only add more diversity to the squad, enhance competition within position and I am really pleased with his return. I look forward to seeing what progress he has made whilst being away, and seeing this in action”
Ducker hopes to be available for selection at this weekends away game in Clifton.
